Licence grant
A paid HEGAY ONE core edition is planned to grant a perpetual right to use that licensed major version on the number of machines permitted by the purchase.
Activation
Commercial licences are intended to use account + licence entitlement + machine activation. Device transfer controls will be provided through My HEGAY ONE.
Updates and upgrades
Maintenance updates for the licensed major version may be provided. Future paid major upgrades, if any, will be clearly distinguished from the perpetual licence already owned.
Restrictions
The licence does not grant rights to redistribute installers, licence credentials, proprietary source code or bypass activation controls.
Cloud separation
Optional cloud services do not convert the perpetual desktop licence into a required subscription.
