Three independent responsibilities

All controlled by the same HEGAY ONE production engine.

Main Broadcast Operator

Chooses cameras, protects Program, handles transitions, recording, streaming and overall broadcast timing.

Worship Operator

Runs scripture and lyric content from a dedicated second window without taking over the main switcher.

Congregation Output

Shows clean full-screen Bible verses, lyrics or announcements to the room while Program can use a different broadcast layout.

What happens during a real service?

SERMON

Pastor remains on camera

Broadcast Program: pastor camera + scripture lower third.
Congregation: same scripture full screen.
Worship Desk: second operator searches and prepares the next verse privately.

WORSHIP

Lyrics follow the song

Broadcast Program: worship team camera + lyric overlay.
Congregation: clean full-screen lyrics.
Worship Desk: operator moves Prev/Next through lyric slides.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Presentation can take focus

The congregation display can show a clean announcement while the stream remains under the broadcast operator's control.

Recommended monitor arrangement

For a two-person team, the clearest setup is three physical destinations.

A computer needs enough physical display outputs or a suitable dock/GPU for the number of screens you want to use. With fewer displays, HEGAY ONE can still run the Worship Desk as a separate window for testing.
